God is the ONE who created all things and is sovereign over all of creation. God exists as One in three Persons: The Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. John 14:10, 16-17
Jesus Christ is the only way that humanity may obtain salvation. Jesus’ death on the cross was the covenant unveiled to restore humanity’s relationship with the Godhead. Jesus explained, “I am the Way, I am the Truth, and I am the Life. No one comes next to the Father except through faith and a relationship with me. To know me is to know my Father, too. John 14:6
Salvation is the very first gift offered by God’s grace for the individual that will act on her or his faith in Jesus Christ. Because of his kindness, you have been saved through trusting Christ. And even trusting is not of yourselves; it too is a gift from God. Ephesians 2:8
Repentance and Confession opens the doors to everyone that believes. The lord does not want anyone to die in sin. Even more, the Lord has granted humanity multiple opportunities. The Lord’s promise to return has not been forgotten. 2 Peter 3:9; Belief in God produces the belief to trust Jesus, as the Son of God and our Savior. Romans 10:9-10
The Global and Local Church believes that Jesus Christ is Lord and the head of the church. We believe that every church member is important and has something valuable to offer the rest of us. We consider families as the foundation of a strong society; therefore, we nurture and promote family life, marriage, and good parenting. We value loving Jesus and becoming more like Him. Jesus is our example for good living. 1 Corinthians 11:3; Speak truth in love. Ephesians 4:15; We are to gather and share the giftedness God has given humanity. It is a terrible thing to deprive others in humanity of the grace and life God has invested in us. Hebrews 10:24-25
